Hyperdrive is a vertically integrated spot lending protocol on Hyperliquid, built from the ground up by Ambit Labs.

With a focus on diverse and sustainable yield, Hyperdrive will become the go-to destination for novel yield opportunities on the HyperEVM and a way to mint Ambit USD (AUSD), its native unique yield-bearing stablecoin.  

Hyperdrive will enable leveraged exposure to HL spot assets (PURR, HFUN, etc) and HLP via tokenization of the Hyperliquid vaults in v1. Its native liquid staking token, aHYPE, will be a collateral source and work seamlessly within the protocol.

Over time, Hyperdrive will continue to innovate as a one-stop shop for leveraged exposure to any yield-bearing asset on Hyperliquid and beyond.  

The Hyperdrive codebase was built from scratch over the course of a year to allow for maximum flexibility and security. The protocol was inspired by Anchor Protocol, the founders' first crypto project.
